Jane S. Lee
Managing Partner & Co-Founder


Jane co-founded American Project Management in 2003. She has extensive experience in marketing, business development and management consulting within the global financial, investor relations, design and construction industries. Working with APM clients offering innovative marketing and management strategies to increase their market share globally and nationally.

Jane has a global financial background on both the sell-side and buy-side which includes Chief Administrative Officer with a multi-billion dollar global hedge fund in San Francisco and an investment banking career with Prudential Securities as director in London, New York, and Los Angeles in international syndicate, equity transactions group, institutional equity sales and investment banking. She serves as a Strategic Partner for a world class advisory and management services firm specializing in providing advisory and management services for integrated foreign direct investments and trade strategy, marketing, organization, operations, technology and mergers & acquisitions, across all industries and geographies.

As a former director of marketing for Bergman Walls & Associates, casino architects based in Las Vegas, she was responsible for representing their organization in marketing and business development matters.

Jane serves as a board director for BIA Investors Relations with affiliated offices in Edinburgh, Frankfurt, Geneva, Kansas City, London, New York, Orlando and Paris. She was appointed by the Secretary of Commerce as a member of the Nevada District Export Council (DEC), and an Associate Member of National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA).

Gina M. Dal Bo
Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Gina co-founded American Project Management in 2003. She has over 25 years of accomplishments in both the government and commercial sectors working as Project Manager, Program Scheduler and Cost Analyst. Gina has expertise in utilizing Primavera P3 P6, Critical Path Methodology (CPM) technique, as well as designing and implementing Earned Value Management Systems. Her project accomplishments range in value from $1 million to $600 million and include new Construction and Interior Renovation, Environmental Cleanup, Uninterruptible Power Supply System Installation projects, as well as, Government and Commercial Satellite and IT programs.

Prior to forming American Project Management, Gina worked as a Sr. Program Scheduler and Cost Analyst for Raytheon (formerly Mykotronx, Inc.) in Torrance, California. There she managed all cost and schedule for five IRAD projects from Design Development through Production for the KIV-7M Information Security communication device certified by the NSA (National Security Agency.) She also designed, implemented and documented an EVMS (Earned Value Management System) that integrated cost and schedule data from three systems.

Margaret B. Hatter
Agility Consultant


Margaret has over 25 years of experience in corporate project management. She brings to the table twenty-two years of award-winning work at FedEx, with recent project leadership on a global cross-functional implementation estimated at $6B value. She offers her expertise in the project and product management, quality management, UAT, gap analysis of existing operational models, technology innovation, Kanban, project planning, lean portfolio management, vendor management, requirements writing, reporting, and organizational move to SAFe Agile from waterfall.

Certified in both classical waterfall project management and SAFe Agile methodology, she has developed and led award winning teams and projects from contract to completion. She has 17 years of experience in leading teams and vendors in off-site locations. Her project management implementations required heavy planning at FedEx to serve customers in the US and over 200 countries worldwide.

Prior to FedEx, she performed three years in industrial construction as a bid officer for Haines Electrical Company on government and HDV contract bids in Memphis & Shelby County TN area. She worked to ensure labor, materials, schedules. owner' needs, contract specification, vendors, CFR-49 rules, and value engineering were incorporated into every bid.

Margaret is verifiable SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Agilist and Scrum Master along with holding Master's Certification in Applied Project Management, Six Sigma Lean Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt Certifications from Villanova University. She has recently completed the Design Thinking course at the FedEx Institute of Technology at University of Memphis. She is fluid in multiple software planning platforms as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Philip M. Wakefield
Senior Project Manager


Phil serves as Senior Project Manager for APM clients. He has developed and overseen construction operations of a construction management firm that included project management systems and procedures, acquiring new contracts, and overseeing their progress. He has been responsible for the execution of various types of construction projects ranging in value of $2 million to $150 million. Working with APM clients, Phil utilizes his 30-plus years of experience in project management, pre-construction and cost control services to organize and execute all aspects of a client's project from buyout to close-out.

He provides pre-construction services/costing for various subcontractors/clients throughout the Las Vegas Valley. He has handled claim analysis for litigation purposes when referred. Phil is well qualified to provide pre-construction, project management and construction management services for various project types.

Richard C. Blakey
Sports Project Management

Experienced sports facility manager, hockey director and coach who utilizes his expertise to establish and grow successful sports programs, lead hockey facility operations and develop and mentor players. Effective leader that collaborates cross functionally across organizational levels and stakeholder groups to build consensus, implement best practices, resolve issues and create measurable results.
