Scheduling
APM provides scheduling consulting services. We provide our clients the means and methods to manage their projects. We develop a master schedule, establish a sequence of events, and determine milestones and inch stones. We collaborate with your teams during all phases of the design through construction. We currently use Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project as our preferred tools.
Project Management
APM offers project management, product management and lean agile project development and consulting services. We view your overall business portfolio, then analyze ways to innovate your current strategy in order to get products and services streamlined to market. We use industry standard quality management, project tracking, and agile tools. We teach your team innovation methodology to ensure constant productivity.
Marketing & Business Strategy
APM develops marketing business strategies. We review your current marketing and developmental approaches, and develop mechanisms to strengthen current marketing efforts and ensure tie in to your overall business strategy. We then work with executive, business development, and marketing levels to implement new course directives to reach your marketing and business development targets. We are hands on, working to represent you in industry meetings and conferences for both new business targets and existing relationship management.
